Maxine began her career in hearing healthcare in 1986 and brings nearly 40 years of experience to Maximum Hearing. She is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences (BC-HIS), reflecting her commitment to professional excellence in hearing healthcare.

After working throughout Alberta, Maxine opened Maximum Hearing in Three Hills in 2018, followed by Hanna in 2020 and Drumheller in 2023. In the fall of 2025, she expanded her community outreach to Oyen, providing hearing healthcare services to residents in the area. She is passionate about personalized hearing care and building lasting relationships within the communities she serves.

Outside the clinic, Maxine enjoys golfing, travelling, relaxing around a good fire, and spending time with family-and, of course, her best buddy and Maximum Hearing’s Chief Happiness Officer, Ollie.
